For screens and spare parts that require installation, the product must be tested before installation to ensure that it is functioning properly. No return or exchange will be accepted after the product has been installed, warranty labels have been removed, or if there are signs of use or damage caused by installation.

Small electronic products, such as charging ports and other electronic components, cannot be returned or exchanged after installation or use.

To request an exchange, the customer must contact us with their order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a video showing the defect may be requested for verification.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, breakage, moisture, heat, or any other external damage.

Shipping costs related to an exchange will be determined according to the nature and cause of the return.
